BaaS provides blockchain infrastructure services including but not limited to: - Development and production environments - API access and SDK tools - Analytics and monitoring capabilities - Infrastructure management tools

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

Maintain accurate account information
Protect account credentials
Notify us immediately of security breaches
Responsible for all activity under account

3.2 Acceptable Use

Use for lawful purposes only
No interference with service operation
No unauthorized access attempts
No circumvention of usage limits

4. Service Level Agreement

4.1 Availability

Production: 99.99% uptime guarantee
Development: Best-effort availability
Scheduled maintenance excluded
Force majeure events excluded

4.2 Support

Production: 24/7 priority support
Development: Community support
Response times per plan terms
Support via designated channels only

5. Data Rights

5.1 Ownership

Users retain all rights to their data
Full data portability guaranteed
30-day export period after termination
No vendor lock-in policy

5.2 Data Protection

Industry-standard security measures
Regular security audits
Data encryption in transit and at rest
Access controls and monitoring
